Friday Feeds

Did you know that you can use LJ as an RSS reader?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and if there's a feed, you can subscribe to it and read it on your f-list. RSS is an older technology that is surprisingly still useful today!

For example, you can subscribe to these other Word of the Day communities:

A Word A Day -
Oxford English Dictionary -
Merriam-Webster WOTD -
Urban Dictionary WOTD -

You can find a bunch more at and if you have a paid account, I believe you can still create your own feeds.

Do you have a suggestion for new RSS feeds to follow?
