Wednesday Word: Frumpet

Frumpet - a brass instrument created by Getzen that is a cross between a French horn and a trumpet.

So, I learned about the frumpet from a musician acquaintance. Hubs was reminiscing about his childhood accordion, which he could never get the hang of. It turned out it was a ladies accordion and not meant for big hands! In this case, someone had purchased a frumpet thinking it was a trumpet and just couldn't get it to play!
