clithridiate

clithridiate (klith-RI-dee-ayet) - adj., keyhole shaped.

Yup, we have a word for it. Coined from Greek roots and everything -- klêithron, a lock, earlier the bar used to close a door, from kleíein, to close.

I know shaped-pupil contacts are all the rage, but man those clithridiate eyes are creeping me out.
